What a gem of a place. Lovely warm welcome and such a relaxing environment. Will definitely return, such a calming atmosphere. "I have had a number of Reiki sessions with Carolyn. During the session I completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. Afterwards I was relaxed, calm and felt peaceful. I would highly recommend this treatment. It was absolutely amazing" Maggie.
I was very unsure about Reiki, what it was all about and how it effected the way you felt But after talking to Carolyn who explained to me what it was all about, and how it worked, I decided to give it a go. Well I was amazed with what happened, what I felt and what I could see but more so how good I felt after .So I decided to give it a go again and each session after that just got more interesting with how I felt, the colours I saw ,the lights the shadows and the different temperatures I experienced throughout the sessions. Some of it is so hard to explain and put into words how I felt. I only tried it with Carolyn because she has been my Beauty therapist for many years and she always explains what everything means so well, thus making me feel comfortable to try new treatments with her. I will continue to do more session of Reiki .I am so glad I tried Reiki as before I was always ready to judge it before even trying it.

Feel fabulous after my Gua sha massage . When I went I had pain in my shoulder and could not lift my arm above my head, after Ali worked her magic I now have no pain and much better movement. highly recommended and very relaxing too. Angie.(May 22)
